Yelsin Omar Carcamo was born on November 2, 2001, in Tampa, Florida, to his loving parents, Douglas Carcamo and Jenisse Rivera. He passed away on July 25, 2026, in his hometown of Tampa at the age of 24.
Born and raised in Tampa, Yelsin was proud of the city he called home. He built a career as an electrician for an air conditioning repair company, where he was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and willingness to help others.
Above all, Yelsin cherished his family. He had a joyful spirit that could brighten any room and a smile that made people feel welcome. His kindness, laughter, and love for those around him will forever be remembered by his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though his time on earth was far too short, Yelsin leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Douglas Carcamo and Jenisse Rivera, along with his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
