Nichole Cheri Collins was born on December 25, 1976, in Santa Ana, California, to the loving parents Ricky Lee Collins and Sandra Ann Dorsey. Being born on Christmas Day, Nichole was affectionately known as a “Christmas baby” and was often described as a precious gift from God.
Nichole passed away on December 19, 2025, in Tampa, Florida. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Nichole loved to express herself through flashy clothing, beautiful hairstyles, and always keeping her nails done. She enjoyed visiting the Hard Rock Casino, loved to read, and cherished writing her thoughts and memories in her journal. Her vibrant personality, laughter, and love for life left a lasting impression on everyone around her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children: Trevett Hawkins, Trakejla Smith, Sabatian Scott, Shyandria Scott, Nyasia Collins, Kaniya Collins, Kevin Scott, and Kiesha; along with a host of grandchildren.
Nicole is also survived by her uncles: Wash Dorsey, Eddie Dorsey, Charles Dorsey, Willie Benton, Johnnie Collins, and Gilbert Collins; and her aunts: Many Bewton (Willie Benton), Levery White, Denise Collins Smith, Barber Collins, Martha Dorsey, and Betty Dorsey.
She was preceded in death by Willie D. Dorsey, Gail Hardemen, and Lanett Collins.
Nichole will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. All the fun, laughter, and cherished memories will forever be kept in our hearts.

To my niece oh how it hurts 😥 I am so sorry but I am so glad I can remember our last conversations…you getting it right and GOD and family. I told you to pray without ceasing and you said you would. I miss you already. From a child to an adult..memories ..memories that I will hold on to…Nichole take flight ✈️ with a strong Man GOD a man who doesn’t lie a man who is with us every step of the way 🙏 a man who holds our life in his hands a man that you are now safe with.
