With sadness, we announce the passing of Alberto Bernardo Delgado, age 79, of Temple Terrace, Florida. Alberto passed away on Thursday, April 30th, surrounded by his loving family. A man of many talents and accomplishments, there were very few things he couldn’t do and thoroughly enjoy, but he will be remembered most for his love of family. Alberto was born on April 5, 1947, in Ciego de Ávila, Cuba, and came to the United States as a young teenager. After graduating from Sarasota High School, he married Sandra and started his family (giving them a lifetime of memories to cherish). He is survived by his son, Alberto; his daughter, Alina; two sisters, Barbara and Cecilia, and his brother, Rafael. Alberto was also blessed with four grandchildren, Teagan, Caidan, Clayton, and Alicia, whom he loved dearly.

Al had a presence and personality that would fill a room…everyone enjoyed his humor, his spark for life, his creativity and his amazing cooking skills! His talents knew no boundaries, whatever quest he followed, he completed with astounding success. And because of his powerful aura, he will leave a huge void in many of our hearts…rest in peace, Al, you are already missed and will be for a long, long time.
