In Loving Memory of Cindy Lou Bleacher

Cindy Lou Bleacher was born on January 4, 1961, to Denis and Ilamae Bleacher in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She was the first child and the only daughter of two children.

Cindy completed her primary education in Lancaster and went on to graduate from high school. Throughout her life, she held a variety of jobs, including working as a driver for Hertz Car Rental. She approached her work with dedication and responsibility.

Cindy was a kindhearted and compassionate woman who loved the Lord. She deeply cared for those she encountered and showed genuine love to everyone who showed love to her. Her warm spirit and gentle heart touched many lives.

In 2010, Cindy began experiencing health issues. Her condition worsened in 2021, creating significant challenges in her life. Due to her ongoing health concerns, she moved into an assisted living facility, where she peacefully transitioned on February 9, 2026.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Denis Bleacher.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Ilamae Armstrong; her stepfather, Rodger Armstrong; her brother, Michael Bleacher; and a host of relatives and friends, including Pastor Joann Ellis, Devon McQuay, Antonia Bain, Allisia Bain, Samara Ellis, Pastor Lorreta Forde, Josie Ford, the entire Forde family, and the caring staff at Cameron Assisted Living Facility.

Cindy’s memory will continue to live on in our hearts forever.
